Orders are by appointment only. Consultations are charged a $75 non-refundable fee and include a tasting sampler personalized especially for you. Please determine your budget for your wedding cake prior to your consultation. Allow 2-6 months lead-time. Because these are custom made cakes, reservations are limited.

Pricing ~

$4.50 per piece for sheet cake and starting at $6.50 per piece for traditional stacked cakes. Pricing is dependent on the complexity of the decor and the flavor combinations. Please determine if the pricing is compatible with your budget before scheduling a tasting consultation.

Tropical Pineapple

Tangy pineapple curd with a sweet coconut rum mousse in a buttery vanilla genoise with fresh sliced pineapple – Wow!

Parisian

Kirsch spiked mousse layered with sweet mixed berries between thin dark chocolate genoise.

Roasted Coconut Cream Torte

A plethora of coconut! Vanilla genoise soaked with coconut milk and layered with coconut cream, whipped cream and roasted coconut.

Elegant Carrot Cake

Carrots, of course! Chunks of pineapple, walnuts and coconut. Enveloped with a light cream cheese mousse. Delightfully light and nutty.

Triple Chocolate Mousse Torte

A marriage of creamy white, milk and dark chocolate mousses with dark chocolate cake layers between caramelized hazelnuts and a splash of Frangelica.

Tiramisu

Espresso soaked homemade ladyfingers between mascarpone and Drambouie cream mousse with shaved imported chocolate.

Philadelphia Almond Cake

Soft, chewy, brown sugar-sweetened almond cakes with thick layers of extra-creamy mousse interlaced with griottes, small, tart cherries; and a crunchy almond streusel.

Dulce De Leche

A crunchy milk chocolate confection is hidden between layers of chocolate cake, and billowing caramel mousse.
